The property was remarkable, offered exceptional and individual rooms. Everything seemed brand-new, clean. The food was fresh and the bar was nice. Decent and brilliant location, it was close to a tube station. Apart from that, Madame Tussauds London...

Welcoming, smiling and helpful staff. Perfectly located hotel. Near 2 subways. The hotel is located in a quiet street, very close to a street full of restaurants...VERY PRACTICAL...I will come back.
That the staff do not master some basics in French

The cleanliness of the hotel, its decoration to our taste, the reception open 24 hours a day.
It is unfortunate that we can only use the bathtub in "shower" mode.

The location close to 2 metro stations and Hyde Park. Small restaurants nearby. Calm and well-kept. Continental breakfast well managed.

USB sockets to charge our phones without adapters.
The staff does not speak a word of French. The sound of the doors of the other rooms resonating when they close.

The windows of the room were not closed properly and slammed with the wind. No scrambled eggs, no bread (just sandwich bread) and the croissants were not fresh for breakfast
